Open your eyes and your ears. Alert and aware, prepare yourself. In the real world of business, it is naïve to believe anything except that you work for youself.

You must know your industry, where it is headed and how you can profitably find your place. What are the best in your business thinking and doing? These leaders are writing and speaking and you should be reading and listening. Get involved and you may put yourself ahead of the curve rather than find yourself dragged along behind it.
